Synchronize changes to the iModelHub. When data is entered or edited in the form, the Sync tool (accessible from the backstage) will display with a warning:

Once the Synchronization is completed, the Sync tool will display with a green check mark:

You must be connected to perform this operation. If the Sync cannot be performed, changes are saved locally and the synchronization can be achieved later, when the connection is back. If there's no connection, this tool is grayed out.
